০১When a refund applies
If an item is out of stock after you paid, if we cannot deliver to your area, or if a faulty or wrong item cannot be replaced.
০২Prepaid orders
Refunded to the original bKash, Nagad or card account within 5 to 7 working days after we approve the refund.
০৩Cash on delivery orders
Refunded to your bKash or Nagad number after the returned item is received and checked.
০৪Non-refundable
Delivery fees for exchanges requested without a fault, and items outside the 7-day window.
০৫Cancellations
You can cancel before dispatch by calling us. No charge applies.
