Privacy policy

Last updated: 20 October 2026

Mayabee respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you shop at mayabeebd.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Draft template: have a legal advisor review these before publishing. Replace delivery fees, windows and the legal entity name with your final terms.

01What we collect

Name, phone number, delivery address and email when you order or register. Order history, wishlist and saved addresses in your account. Basic device and usage data through cookies.

02How we use it

To confirm and deliver orders, take payment, provide support, send order updates by SMS or email, and improve our shop. We send marketing only if you opt in.

03Sharing

We share only what is needed with delivery partners and payment providers (bKash, Nagad, card gateways). We never sell your personal data.

04Retention and security

We keep order records as long as needed for accounting and returns. Payments are handled by the payment provider; we do not store card numbers.

05Your choices

You can view, correct or delete your account data, and unsubscribe from marketing at any time, by writing to us.
