If something is not right, we will make it right. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Draft template: have a legal advisor review these before publishing. Replace delivery fees, windows and the legal entity name with your final terms.

Handbags and jewellery that are unused, in original condition and packaging, with tags attached.

Items damaged after delivery, worn or altered items, and pierced earrings unless faulty, for hygiene reasons.

Call or message us within 7 days with your order number and photos. We arrange pickup or tell you where to send it.

If we sent the wrong item or it arrived faulty, we cover the return delivery cost and send a replacement.

We exchange for another colour or style of equal value. Price differences are settled at the time of exchange.
